Vicky Carrasco is Chief Operating Officer and leads both Planning and Public Involvement efforts for Kleinman Consultants with over 19 years of experience in public participation and facilitation processes.

Tahiri Fulks is Chief Financial Officer for Kleinman Consultants with over 10 years of experience in business management. Tahiri manages the day to day financial operation of the company. She also works in public involvement and environmental justice documentation projects.

Chris Weber is Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Engineer with Kleinman Consultants with over 25 years of experience in transportation and multi-modal projects. In addition to managing planning projects, Chris manages the company's TxDOT Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Projects.

Marie Bloemer is a Public Involvement Specialist with Kleinman Consultants with over 10 years of experience in training, public involvement and health and safety.

H.S. Oey is Senior Surveyor for Kleinman Consultants with over 60 years of surveying experience. Dr. Oey manages all aspects of boundary surveying projects.

Ruben Carrasco is an Engineer Technician and Survey Technician at Kleinman Consultants with over 30 years of experience in engineering, surveying and construction inspections. Ruben manages all aspects of topographical surveying, is field instrument man for boundary surveying and performs the majority of construction inspections for Kleinman projects.
